    An easy going Sunday Hatha yoga flow for all levels. We will strengthen, lengthen, and work on flexibility, as well as calm the mind by connecting our breathe to our movement.

Yoga Flow

We will go through a self-love themed yoga flow together. This flow is beginner friendly, with many options to modify or advance, so everyone will get the most out of it. We will learn how to connect our breath to our bodies, respect our bodies, at their present state, and get a good flexibility and strengthening  session on top of that!

Guided Mediation

Enjoy a guided meditation that Amanda will lead you through to connect deeper with yourself and explore the topic of self-love. We will go through breathe-work, visualization, and stillness to help de-stress and bring some light into your day. No mediation experience necessary!
