Join us for a beautiful session of self-care and relaxation with a yoga flow, guided mediation, goodie bag with wellness treats, a healthy treat afterward, and a chance to mingle and make new friends! This is a session for ALL levels and beginner friendly!!

We will go through a self-love themed yoga flow together. This flow is beginner friendly, with many options to modify or advance, so everyone will get the most out of it. We will learn how to connect our breath to our bodies, respect our bodies, at their present state, and get a good flexibility and strengthening session on top of that!
Enjoy a guided meditation that Amanda will lead you through to connect deeper with yourself and explore the topic of self-love. We will go through breathe-work, visualization, and stillness to help de-stress and bring some light into your day. No mediation experience necessary!
