About the event
An easy going Sunday slow yoga flow for all levels. We will strengthen, lengthen, and work on flexibility, as well as calm the mind by connecting our breathe to our movement.
Each class will have a different focus as well as modifications and progressions for all levels - first timer to advanced.
After our class we will talk about the meaning of crystals and their colors and you will have the chance to create your own custom crystal bead bracelet! All supplies will be provided!
You can make extra bracelets for loved ones for $5 a bracelet!
Props provided, bring your own mat if you can! (We do have some!)
