An easy going Sunday Hatha yoga flow for all levels. Please bring an unwrapped toy to class : we will donate to kids in need instead of paying for a class!

About the event
Come take a free yoga class and make a difference for a child in need this holiday season!!
An easy going Sunday Hatha yoga flow for all levels. We will strengthen, lengthen, and work on flexibility, as well as calm the mind by connecting our breathe to our movement. Each class will have a different focus as well as modifcations and progressions for all levels - first timer to advanced. Spend some time getting some self-care this sunday with Amanda!
Props provided, bring your own mat if you can! (We do have some!)
