Morning Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Energize your Saturday morning with this mindful and upbeat yoga flow. ALL levels are welcome! Let's get your movement and self care in for the weekend together!

We will strengthen, lengthen, and work on flexibility, as well as calm the mind by connecting our breathe to our movement. Each class will have a different focus as well as modifications and progressions for all levels - first timers to advanced. Spend some time getting some self-care.

Props provided, bring your own mat if you can! (We do have some!)
