Restore Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a restorative yoga session and a calming sound bath to reset on Sunday and for the new year!

Restore yoga emphasizes floor posture to stretch, open, and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Relax and sink into these comfortable poses to rest for the week. Great for athletes, dancers, active people or if you are stuck behind a desk all day.

We will then embark on a sound healing session with crystal healing bowls to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Sound healing helps clear energetic blockages, promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well being.

You are welcome to bring your own mat, blocks, or a bolster.
