This service is for anyone - client or not! If you are feeling stuck or unsure about your goals, your current program, or you're just stuck in a rut, jump on a call with me to sort things out and get advice from a supporting coach! I can answer questions, create a smart goal setting plan for you, do some form checks, or help you with any topic you feel a real conversation with me would fix!
